WITH OUR CULINARY TEAM, JOIN US IN THIS COMPETITION TO SEE WHO CAN COOK THE BEST DISH WITH THE MYSTERY INGREDIENT FROM THE CHARLEVOIX REGION!

Divided in teams, the guests are invited to take the elements selected by our culinary team to create a three or
a four course meal with basic ingredients and 1 mystery ingredient from a local farm located in the region of Charlevoix. Judges are selected by our culinary team and the winners receive a prize that will be determined by the group organizers.

MINIMUM 10 PEOPLE AND MAXIMUM 40 PER GROUP

$ 1 750* flat fee for room set up (one kitchen section per team, judges section and tasting section)
3 hours activity (explanation / 1 hour for competition / evaluation and consumption of meals)
Support of the culinary team during the competition

$ 55 per person* : Choice of 1 protein
$ 65 per person* : Choice de 2 proteins

Optional Fairmont Le Manoir Richelieu apron : $22 per person*
